The Infrared Sauna Experience
Similar to a traditional sauna, an infrared sauna allows you to sit and relax while you experience the therapeutic effects. Infrared light is used to provide direct heat to give the skin greater elasticity and remove dead skins cells and other impurities that are embedded in the skin.

How long does an infrared sauna session last?
Most people sit in the sauna for up to 30 minutes per session and experience great results.
How many sauna treatments are needed to see results?
You will likely notice a difference after a single treatment, but additional sessions may be advised for you to experience the best results.
How should I prepare for a session?
Your skin should be clean with no lotion, cream or cosmetics applied. Jewelry should also not be worn. Discontinue using any products that might irritate your skin two to three days before your session.
